*The interior lining is discolored from the purple cord fading on it & there are a few untreated stains on it

It is attached to a silver-tone

scalloped collar and a  button front opening

It closes with a metal kiss lock closure

1996 Avon Stars and Stripes Bear knitted *The interior lining is discoloredThe Stars and Stripes Bear Tac Pin was introduced by Avon in 1996. This cute, three dimensional, polished gold tone wears a patriotic hat and tie. The hat and tie are accented with red, white, and blue enamel stripes to complete the design. The pin measures approximately 1 H x W and closes with a gold tone tac pin. It is signed AVON on the back. This bear is in excellent vintage condition.
